Each balsamic is created with the must of cooked grapes and refined with wine vinegar, then enhanced with balsamic vinegar extracted from centuries-old casks. The balsamic vinegars are named after the medals they earned at International Fairs in the 19th century.
1 Silver Medal (Medaglia d'Argento) – A highly aromatic balsamic that enhances dishes with its intensity, created with the addition of balsamic vinegar from centuries-old casks and refined in French oak barrels from the 1900s.
2 Gold Medals, Il Classico – A versatile balsamic, perfectly balanced between sweet and sour, with overtones of mature fruits, licorice, and black pepper. This balsamic is refined in oak barrels, combined with aged balsamic vinegar from centuries-old casks.
3 Gold Medals, Riccardo Giusti – Made from sweet, sundried grapes, this balsamic offers the aroma and flavor of plum jam and red fruits, with hints of honey and vanilla.
