Single Wooden Casks Maturation.
A tasting experience inspired by the centuries-old recipes of the Giusti family. Through the "Decanter and Refill" system, the passage of the product through casks made of different woods imparts a rich bouquet of scents and flavors.
The decision to mature select products in single casks of specific wood allows for the concentration of each wood’s unique characteristics. The unmistakable vanilla notes of oak, the distinctive strong aromas of juniper, and the sweetly spicy notes of cherry wood all contribute to the final product’s exceptional flavor profile.
